ArchaOS ArchaOS System

Terms of Use

These Terms set simple rules for using ArchaOS System, AssystEM, connected apps, approval workflows, and ObsidianHalo+ workspace references.

Last updated: May 06, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using ArchaOS System or AssystEM, you agree to use the workspace responsibly and only for lawful, authorized purposes.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account, login session, connected services, and actions performed through your workspace. Keep credentials, reset links, OAuth approvals, and verification codes secure.

3. Workspace tools

The workspace may include chat, app windows, file tools, Gmail, Google Drive, terminal-like tools, approval queues, audit logs, and ObsidianHalo+ references. Some tools may be read-only by default or require approval before writes, shell actions, deployments, or other risky operations.

4. AI-assisted responses

AssystEM may generate suggestions, summaries, code, plans, or responses from your prompts and available context. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important output before relying on it.

5. Connected services

If you connect Gmail, Google Drive, or another service, you authorize the workspace to use that connection for requested actions. Do not connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to use.

6. Prohibited use

  • Do not bypass approval queues, workspace guards, audit logs, or access controls.
  • Do not upload malware, stolen data, unauthorized credentials, or unlawful content.
  • Do not use the workspace to attack systems, exfiltrate secrets, or impersonate others.
  • Do not intentionally overload, disrupt, or tamper with the service.

7. Files, memory, and audit logs

User files, chat context, task reports, ObsidianHalo+ references, and audit logs may be retained to operate the workspace and support traceability. Remove unneeded data and avoid storing secrets unless explicitly required.

8. Availability and changes

The service may change, restart, lose connectivity, or become unavailable. Features may be modified or removed to improve security, reliability, or compliance.

9. No professional advice

AssystEM is a workspace assistant, not a substitute for a qualified attorney, accountant, doctor, security engineer, or other professional. Obtain professional review for high-impact decisions.

10. Contact

Use the User Dashboard help/contact option to report bugs, account issues, policy questions, or workspace problems.

These Terms are a simple operational template. Have qualified legal counsel review them before public commercial reliance.
